SHIPPING POLICY
Domestic shipping to the contiguous US states is included in the price of all goods. Shipping charges apply to orders from all other locales. As I am a one-person operation responsible for executing all aspects of the business (making, sales, shipping, etc), I cannot guarantee shipping times. That said, I generally aim to have items shipped within 10 business days of purchase. Once shipped, typical delivery times are 3-5 days (domestic) and 4-7 days (international). I appreciate your understanding of any delays involved.
For the lower 48 US states, all items will be shipped by ground via USPS/UPS/FedEx. For capacity reasons, I do not offer expedited shipping options.
For customers outside of the contiguous United States, shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Shipping charges are calculated for each item purchased. When multiple items are purchased at the same time, I reserve the right to group them together in the same package. As in the case of domestic shipping, I do not offer expedited shipping options for international deliveries. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees or import taxes. JAMATO CERAMICS LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
