REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. I'm a small studio and appreciate your understanding that I cannot handle ordinary returns and exchanges.

 

Returns are accepted only for items damaged during shipping. In such cases, please email me photos showing damage of the item(s) and the packaging, which is required to file an insurance claim with the carrier. Photos must be emailed to support@jamatoceramics.com within 48 hours of receiving the package. The damaged product(s) need to be returned to JAMATO CERAMICS LLC at the address below before a refund can be processed. Refunds for the original purchase amount will typically be processed within 10 business days of me receiving the damaged good(s).
